I have been living at Monticello for almost a year. I could not have asked for a better apartment. Love the quietness of the property and the office staff is always so helpful. The only reason I am moving is because I have bought a home!

being new to fort worth since september 2019, i spent hours looking for a special apartment close in to my work yet removed from all the noise and hustle of inner city .I tripped over Monticello on bailey ave and was shocked by its serenity. i spent two weekends ,after meeting Mr Jose and expressing interest in this property,visiting the location and was startled to its, quiet demeanor and talked to a few existing residents.other than the expensive improvements the management was making to insure satisfaction at all levels this place rocks!.looks like recent management team knows how to do their job professionally.Mr Jose is a man of his word and met every promise he verbally mentioned timely. been here going on month two and super pleased. ken harrelson

The new management is awesome. Jose is knows what he's doing and is on top of everything. Also great location if your new to Ft Worth and still learning where things are at. I just moved to Dallas due to job opportunities. Otherwise great place!
